Wealthtech and Financial Markets

Our team advises on the structuring and operation of regulated businesses across asset classes – ranging from traditional instruments such as mutual funds, equities, and bonds, to emerging products including cryptocurrencies, derivatives, and other digital assets.

We work closely with clients on matters involving regulatory licensing, business model design, corporate structuring, and compliance strategy. Our experience also includes advising on technology acquisitions, building partnerships with infrastructure providers, and supporting financial institutions and foreign players as they expand into Indian financial markets.

We bring deep understanding of sectoral regulation, data governance frameworks, and regularly advise on complexities arising from interdependencies across business verticals.
